    Currently, as Creative Services Manager at The Berman Group, Janese leads senior client engagements and partners closely with executive leadership to guide studio operations, resource planning, and the delivery of complex initiatives across the real estate, hospitality, and corporate sectors. She brings commercial rigor to client relationships while seamlessly aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals.

    Previously, Janese helped build and commercialize the service offerings at ScientificBrands, generating more than $1M in first-year revenue and establishing the operational frameworks required for scalable growth. She also developed and led the brand marketing program at Evercore Wealth Management, strengthening brand consistency and driving a 300% increase in digital engagement.

    Earlier in her career, Janese served as Vice President, Operations and General Manager at IridiumGroup, where she oversaw agency operations, financial performance, and creative delivery for a 20-person team, consistently driving account growth and client retention.

    Janese holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management from Baruch College and a Master of Science in Strategic Design for Global Leadership from The New School — Parsons Paris.
